Masaiti Town Council, working in partnership with Football Association of Zambia representatives led by Copperbelt Technical Director Mortson Kasoma held a football talent identification in Masaiti’s Lumano Ward at Living Hope.
The Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) is identifying promising young players for national youth teams.
Trials were focused on U15 and U17 age groups.
Talented youngsters showcased their skills, with standout performances on display.
FAZ officials, with the help of Masaiti Amatuer Football Association (MAFA), are selecting players who will be engaged in upcoming tournaments.
MAFA equally used the platform to analyse the ongoing district league and also highlighted challenges being faced. With lack of support and transport challenges coming on top.
